New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand and UK: 4–7 days.
Malaysia and UAE: 5–8 days.
Taiwan, Japan, USA and Canada: 5–9 days.
Philippines: 8–12 days.
Europe: generally 5–10 days or longer.
